All sales are final! No refunds or cancellations on orders that have been placed.You will need to call or email us to swap or switch items before you receive a tracking number.  Please note that all items are non refundable and due to CDC regulations unexchangeable at the moment. Please make sure you make the correct style selections based on your desired fit considering measurements and the model shown size. 
Shipping and Delivery:
We ship all items to your provided address within 3-7 business days. All preorders are excluded and also does not include Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. We are strictly an online boutique shop pickups and onsite shopping is not available.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address provided or lost or stolen item (s) and will not issue a refund.
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Once we have shipped your order(s) and provide you with a tracking number for your order(s). Paying for items that are considered preorders will be shipped to you once these items have been stocked. We will keep you updated on when the item is available to be shipped to you. You may make multiple purchases for items that are preorders but please keep in mind that your order will be shipped in the order it was received.
